Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Conductor to help manage daily work in the oil palm plantation. You will supervise workers, check on field activities, and make sure everything is done properly and on time.

Main Duties:

  • Supervise workers during harvesting, fertilizing, weeding, and other field tasks.
  • Make sure all field work follows the schedule and company guidelines.
  • Report daily work progress to your supervisor.
  • Check the condition of the palm trees and report any problems.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, fertilizers, and chemicals.
  • Keep records of workers' attendance and field activities.
  • Help train workers on how to do the job safely and correctly.
  • Follow and enforce all safety rules.

Requirements:

  • At least SPM or equivalent education.
  • Experience in oil palm field work is an advantage.
  • Able to lead and manage a team.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in the field

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
