Greet customers and manage incoming calls.
Handle scheduling, data entry and invoice processing.
Organise and maintain admin documents.
Assist in handling customer inquiries.
Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail oriented and team player.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proactive, organized, and able to take initiative with assigned tasks.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
