Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our professional team and management. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth office operations, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team with essential documentation and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the professional team.
  • Handle general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Collect and compile data for periodic, special, and reference reports.
  • Manage audit confirmations, track outstanding confirmations, and organize received documents.
  • Perform casting and call checks for annual reports and financial statements.
  • Assist in translating and preparing various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and information flow among office employees.
  • Ensure timely collection of fees and follow up on outstanding payments from clients.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and follow company procedures.

Requirements
