Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detailed-oriented Event marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be required to coordinate and execute events from start to finish, working closely with vendors, suppliers, venues and internal teams to ensure smooth and successful events execution.

Your work life:

  • Planning and strategize events via innovative ideas to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Prepare pre-events management including budget, timeline, risks, logistics, vendor sourcing, resources and on-site setup coordination.
  • Manage all post-event wrap-up.
  • Act as the main contact for internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure consistent branding and quality across all event elements, including setup and technical needs while following company policies related to legal, finance, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to create impactful event experiences.
  • Manage vendors and partners to ensure good service, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Build relationships with industry groups and external collaborators to expand event reach.
  • Review event performance through feedback and data to improve future events.
  • Keep organized records of event details, reports, and vendor contacts.
  • Improve event strategies based on trends, feedback, and performance.
  • Stay updated on new event trends and technologies.

To be considered, you'll need:

  • Preferably 3–5 years' experience in event management, brand activation, or experiential marketing, ideally within the B2B or technology sector.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, high-impact events and activations.
  • Experience in agency and third-party supplier management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, solve problems on the spot and make quick strategic decision.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in event management tools, budget tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required for event delivery.
