Marketing Manager

- 1. Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor the hospital's overall marketing strategy to achieve business and growth objectives.
2. Branding & Promotion
- Promote the hospital's brand, services, and specialties through campaigns, events, digital marketing, and media outreach.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including print, online, and social media.
- Organize and oversee hospital participation in health camps, exhibitions, conferences, and international events.
3. Digital & Offline Marketing Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns including social media and email marketing.
- Manage traditional marketing efforts such as print ads, brochures, PR events, and collaborations with corporate partners.
4. Patient Engagement & Services
- Develop programs to enhance patient experience, engagement, and retention.
- Assist in promoting international patient services and facilitate their onboarding and care experience.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, providing training and opportunities for skill growth.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while monitoring performance and productivity.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, and patient engagement metrics for hospital leadership.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and hospital policies.
7. Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Hospital Director or designated representatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and patient feedback assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Plan annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM6,000.00 per month
