Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues through phone calls, emails, and live chats.

You will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
  • Record and update all customer interactions in the system.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to relevant departments when required.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure of cases.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service quality and professionalism.
  • Work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
