About the Role

We're looking for a Live Chat Specialist to join our dynamic customer experience team in Bangsar South

As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for online customers, ensuring every conversation leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and digital channels.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations efficiently while maintaining service quality.
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records and feedback.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve service targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Excellent written English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused, patient, and positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Experience in live chat, customer service, or call center environment is an added advantage.
