What will your role be?

  1. Handling invoice processing and accounts receivable tasks, which includes issuing customer invoices and related documents, as well as promptly updating daily collections into the accounting system.
  2. Records keeping, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivables transactions, ensuring proper documentation for annual statutory audit and tax purposes.
  3. Responsible for managing month-end closing activities, including monthly reconciling of accounts receivables to the customers' statement of account, aging maintenance, monthly bank reconciliation, and related parties' reconciliation in accordance with reporting timelines.
  4. Liaise and follow up with all relevant parties on AR related issues.
  5. Performs any ad-hoc jobs as and when assigned by Management.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

  • Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Accounting or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Able to work in proactive and reliable manner, both independently and as a team.
  • Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking individuals.
  • Possesses own transport and willing to work on alternate Saturday half day.
