Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Truck Maintenance Planning & Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and plan regular maintenance services for all lorries.
  • Ensure that all trucks are serviced on schedule and ready for operation.

2. Driver Liaison & Monitoring:

  • Liaise with truck drivers to gather updates on truck status, including temperature checks and oil assessments.
  • Record any truck issues reported by drivers that need to be scheduled for repairs.

3. Repair Scheduling & Issue Resolution:

  • Schedule and coordinate truck repairs based on drivers' reports or any identified maintenance issues.
  • Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

4. Equipment & Parts Management:

  • Process and approve payment requests for the purchase of truck equipment, spare parts, and materials needed for services.
  • Ensure faulty equipment is replaced promptly to maintain truck functionality.

5. Documentation & File Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date truck files, including insurance details, road tax, and other regulatory documentation.
  • Keep track of all service and maintenance records to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

6. Reporting & Communication:

  • Report on the status of trucks, upcoming maintenance needs, and any issues requiring attention to management.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, maintenance teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Perancangan & Penjadualan Penyelenggaraan Lori:

  • Menyelaraskan dan merancang perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan berkala untuk semua lori.
  • Memastikan lori diselenggara mengikut jadual dan sedia untuk beroperasi.

2*. Perhubungan dengan Pemandu & Pemantauan:*

  • Berhubung dengan pemandu lori untuk mendapatkan kemas kini status lori, termasuk pemeriksaan suhu dan penilaian minyak hitam.
  • Merekodkan sebarang isu lori yang dilaporkan oleh pemandu yang perlu dijadualkan untuk pembaikan.

3. Penjadualan Pembaikan & Penyelesaian Isu:

  • Menyusun jadual dan menyelaras pembaikan lori berdasarkan laporan pemandu atau sebarang isu penyelenggaraan yang dikenal pasti.
  • Memastikan pembaikan diselesaikan dengan segera untuk meminimumkan masa tidak beroperasi.

4. Pengurusan Peralatan & Alat Ganti:

  • Memproses dan meluluskan permintaan pembayaran untuk pembelian peralatan lori, alat ganti, dan bahan yang diperlukan untuk perkhidmatan.
  • Memastikan peralatan yang rosak digantikan dengan segera untuk mengekalkan fungsi lori.

5. Dokumentasi & Pengurusan Fail:

  • Menyimpan rekod lori yang tepat dan dikemas kini, termasuk butiran insurans, cukai jalan, dan dokumentasi lain yang berkaitan dengan peraturan.
  • Memantau semua rekod perkhidmatan dan penyelenggaraan untuk memastikan pematuhan dengan dasar syarikat dan piawaian industri.

6. Laporan & Komunikasi:

  • Melaporkan status lori, keperluan penyelenggaraan yang akan datang, dan sebarang isu yang memerlukan perhatian kepada pihak pengurusan.
  • Berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan pemandu, pasukan penyelenggaraan, dan pengurusan untuk memastikan operasi berjalan lancar.

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, detail-oriented, highly responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in computer systems
