Roles and Responsibilities:

To unify Sales and Business Development under a single client-centric growth strategy by developing highvalue client portfolios that contribute to a minimum of RM 1 million annual revenue. You will bridge Sales, BD, and Marketing silos by creating integrated Digital Growth Roadmaps for Portfolio clients that combine Web Development, Digital Branding, Digital Marketing, and Mobile App/System solutions. You will lead proposal direction, client presentation, and post-meeting engagement for Portfolio clients identified— ensuring that every key client receives a well-managed and strategically guided experience from initial consultation to conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Portfolio Strategy & Growth


• Identify and develop 5 strategic portfolio clients from existing Sales and BD client lists with a combined RM 6 million annual potential.


• Conduct client audits and brand/digital maturity assessments to design Digital Growth Roadmaps that integrate Karuna's full suite of services.


• Lead the proposal and pitch process for these portfolio clients, working closely with Sales and BD teams to present unified strategies.


• Serve as the Key Account Manager (KAM) for all portfolio clients under his roadmap — overseeing proposal direction, presentation quality, delivery coordination, and relationship management.


• Manage all follow-ups and progress reporting for these clients until successful closure and project handover.


• Only projects where Giri personally develops the client roadmap and leads the pitch qualify for his performance claims or portfolio-based incentives. Page 9 of 12

  1. Unified Sales–BD Pipeline Development


• Merge and maintain a centralized master pipeline combining Sales and BD client data with ownership tracking.


• Identify overlaps, follow-up gaps, and alignment issues; propose process improvements for lead handovers and escalation.


• Facilitate monthly Sales–BD sync sessions to review shared client opportunities, progress updates, and strategy alignment.


• Track and report pipeline performance to the CEO, aiming to achieve a minimum 20% closing ratio for the combined Sales and BD funnel.


• Drive portfolio clients under his care toward higher conversion rates by integrating marketing, technical, and commercial perspectives.

  1. Client Consultation, Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure
    • Act as Lead Consultant and Presenter for portfolio client proposals.


• Direct proposal content, pricing logic, and creative storytelling to enhance presentation quality and win probability.


• Guide Sales and BD teams on crafting integrated proposals and digital transformation narratives.


• Lead and attend client presentations, ensuring that complex multi-service offerings are clearly positioned for decision-makers.


• Oversee structured follow-up workflows post-meeting to ensure no opportunity stalls.


• Continuously coach the team on presentation, documentation, and communication standards.

  1. Sales, BD & Marketing Alignment


• Align marketing campaigns and digital outreach strategies with Sales and BD objectives.


• Use portfolio insights to advise Marketing on better audience segmentation, messaging, and campaign ROI tracking.
