Job Description

·       Ownership of the software products and software implementation Unit.

·       Resource capability planning & management for new recruitment, staff career development.

·       Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of the unit's operation including the project execution.

·       Manage the production support incident SLA and resolution.

·       Provide technical direction and guidance for the software product development.

·       Manage the software development life cycle for the product version release.

·       Oversea project travel opportunity.

Qualifications and Related Experience

·       Degree/ Master in Information Technology or related field.

·       Preferable experience with banking industry project, financial payment, or financial reporting knowledge.

· years working experience in software development industry, 3 years in management position.

·       Possess good interpersonal, written and communication skills, and positive working attitude.

·       Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

·       Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.

·       Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods.

·       Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
