We are seeking a
driven and technically skilled Sales Manager
to grow the share of dosing systems in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will combine
consultative selling with hands-on technical expertise
, hunting for new opportunities, supporting customers onsite, and collaborating closely with regional and HQ teams to deliver robust dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management:
    Develop and convert a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets (hunter role).
  • Prospecting:
    Seek out and qualify new opportunities across key sectors, including electronics, automotive, EV, automation, and general industry.
  • Technical Discovery:
    Engage with customers to understand their process needs and translate them into tailored dosing solutions and quotations.
  • Onsite Support:
    Provide hands-on setup and troubleshooting, coordinating with Singapore/HQ teams as necessary; frequent travel required.
  • Sales Cycle Oversight:
    Manage the full sales process, from demonstrations and trials to proposals, negotiations, closure, and handover.
  • Reporting & CRM:
    Keep CRM records, forecasts, and account plans up to date while providing insights on market trends and competitor activity in dispensing systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with application and engineering teams to ensure successful installations and strong customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field with a strong hands-on mindset.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in technical or industrial sales
  • Working knowledge of machinery, automation, basic electrical principles, and fluid mechanics.
  • Able to travel frequently and support after-hours calls if needed.
  • Experience in automotive, electronics, EV manufacturing, sealant/adhesive, or related capital equipment industries.
