Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager & Assistant Sales Manager - Corporate/Leisure. The role is located in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Manager & Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth. The role requires collaboration with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and strategies, organizing events for potential clients, and managing and training the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
  • Proficiency in sales software.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
