Job Description: As a Human Resource Executive, you can explore the professional Human Resource cycle and management skills to support for meeting the growing of business to outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

1. People Strategy and HR processes/ procedures:

2. Monitor and control the compliance of company HR policies, rules & regulations by the employee.

3. Develop mechanisms, systems and procedures implementation.

4. Develop Human Capital:

5. To develop and build team capability for supporting the continuous organizational growth.

6. To identify potential talent for career development.

7. Manage Compensation & Benefit to staff:

8. Facilitate employee Performance Management System in order to improve employees' productivity and engagement at work.

9. To making everyone working happily with good compensation & benefits.

10. Talent Strategy:

11. How to grow employees' knowledge base and improve their job skills to become more effective in the workplace.

12. To be a key member in LBL University program to produce, duplication for future talent.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

2. At least 3 years' of working experience in the areas of Human Resources, preferably from a logistics/ transportation environment.

3. A recognized Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any other business-related studies

4. Communication Skills:

5. Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

6. Professional Skills:

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Independent with good problem-solving skills
9. Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.
10. Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.

11. Tech-Savvy:

12. MS Office, Emplx Payroll System .
