About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who loves turning design concepts into real, beautiful spaces. You'll be the bridge between design and execution — making sure every renovation runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate & Supervise Subcontractors

    Ensure all subcontractors deliver quality work according to schedule and specifications. Address site issues fast to keep things moving.
  • Monitor Site Progress

    Conduct daily or weekly site checks to ensure renovation aligns with drawings and maintain site safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
  • Timely Project Completion & Handover

    Manage timelines effectively to ensure smooth, on-time handover to clients.
  • Collaborate Across Teams

    Work closely with Interior Designers and Sales to ensure client expectations are met and translated perfectly on-site.
  • Problem Solving & Quality Control

    Spot site issues early, troubleshoot, and make smart decisions to minimize rework and delays.
  • Client Updates & Project Tracking

    Update clients and the internal team using our KICU Project Tracking App — with photos, reports, and progress milestones.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in renovation or construction supervision (1–3 years preferred)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Able to read basic design plans & handle subcons independently
  • Problem solver with high attention to detail
  • Passion for interior design and high-quality work
