Job / Function Purpose :

  • To assist Branch OIC performing required & assigned daily branch operation tasks.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Maintaining branches operations and daily procedures for each department tasks as per below summary.
  • Participating & engaging daily tasks to meet service goals and objectives.
  • Provides assistance and support to junior staffs/agents.

Summary:

  1. Policy Servicing:

  2. Attend to walk-in/call in customer's & agent's enquiry on policy related matters.

  3. Perform data alteration up to confer authority and maintain transaction records.
  4. Follow up on outstanding requirement.

  5. Claims:

  6. Check completeness of claim forms/documents for all type of claims including updating client's details & bank account number, and to record, follow up monitor outstanding claim status.

  7. New Business:

  8. Proposal submission screening and back up data entry capturing.

  9. Finance:

  10. Act as "chief cashier" to ensure daily tally of premium collection, day end collection, recording and report scanning, and handle all finance related matters.

  11. General Admin:

  12. Record keeping, report defect of office assets/equipment/furniture, update reports or daily/monthly templates.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • 0-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field with experience in branch operations or equivalent
