Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day operations of general administrative support on office matters.
  • Handle correspondence, such as emails, calls, and postal mail, ensuring timely responses and routing to relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Manage day-to-day office maintenance
  • Manage office supplies, orders, and inventory

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, or any related field
  • English is mandatory and Mandarin is an added advantage
  • 1 year+ experience or less in the Customer Service or Administration role
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Team Player with a Positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
