Job Scope

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner to create a positive first impression.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary options.
  • Present menus, respond to guest inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Promote daily specials, seasonal offerings, and ongoing promotions to guests.
  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual order slips.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and service etiquette.
  • Deliver attentive and proactive customer service by anticipating guest needs and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular table checks to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
  • Prepare dining areas prior to service, including setting tables with appropriate linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments.
  • Present bills, process payments accurately, and issue receipts or change as required.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Ensure all front-of-house areas, including dining and bar sections, comply with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Support daily operations by performing additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (mandatory).
  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, interns, and individuals with customer service experience are highly encouraged to apply.
