We're looking for a friendly Cantonese/Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur You'll assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have an excellent experience — both over the phone and online.

Shift work is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are what we value most. Experienced candidates may be considered for senior roles.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and a strong team player
  • Willing to work on shift rotation

Benefits:

  • Fresh Graduate: RM3,500
  • 2 years' experience: Up to RM3,700
  • More than 2 years' experience: Up to RM4,500 basic
  • Allowances: Travel, Meal & Attendance
  • Overtime: Entitled

  • Resolve customer concerns with a positive and professional attitude
  • Maintain excellent service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Assist Team Leaders with daily operations
  • Participate in shift-based work schedules
