Responsible to perform and provide support for company projects, new product launches, and system enhancements. Knowledge of medical underwriting and the ability to perform underwriting as needed.

Job Description

  • Assist with company projects 1STMAB /Kaotim that require FU involvement and support, including requirements definition, business process improvement, change management, quality assurance, application and system configuration, and testing to ensure a successful launch.
  • Support new product launches by being involved in business requirements management, designing necessary collateral (e.g., underwriting forms/questionnaires, endorsements/exclusions), setting up product parameters in the core system for new products, conducting UAT testing, and ensuring completion of UAT testing within the given timeline.
  • Contribute to project enhancement and process documentation (e.g., deriving process workflows and SOPs), conduct user training, and adhere to project reporting requirements.
  • Review existing processes and assess them to identify improvements that meet business and customer needs, as requested by the Head of Department.

Qualification / Requirement

  • Degree holder in related field.
  • At least 3 year-experience in Life Insurance Company and/or Takaful Operator as underwriter.
  • Experience dealing with Banca Sales, Vendor and Medical Provider.
