Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic Account Manager, located in Shah Alam. The primary responsibilities include developing strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for business growth, and creating strategies to achieve revenue targets. The Strategic Account Manager will also manage and negotiate contracts, resolve client challenges, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and the successful execution of customer projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and developing sales strategies
  • Experience in business development and contract negotiation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Experience with technology or document management solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other business tools
