Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership


• Develop and execute the company's strategic vision, business plans, and long-term goals.


• Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, especially in digital and technology-driven sectors.


• Lead cross-border expansion initiatives and strengthen the company's market positioning.

Operational Excellence


• Oversee day-to-day business operations across departments, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and profitability.


• Implement performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across all functional areas.


• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Financial Oversight


• Drive financial performance and sustainability through effective resource allocation and cost management.


• Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support data-driven decision-making.


• Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.

People & Culture


• Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


• Inspire, motivate, and develop talent across the organization to achieve strategic objectives.


• Uphold a culture of integrity, agility, and accountability.Stakeholder Engagement


• Represent the company with investors, regulators, partners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements


• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.


• Experience in
public listed company
as COO or C-suite.


• Proven track record in senior management or leadership roles, preferably within technology, fintech, or e-commerce sectors.


• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial management skills.


• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple business units, and drive measurable growth.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business sense, adaptability, and resilience.
