  9. Set up continuous monitoring equipment where required and ensure calibration and bump-testing are completed.
  10. Report unsafe conditions immediately and halt work if hazardous atmospheres are detected.
  11. Maintain accurate records of gas tests, equipment checks, and permit documentation.
  12. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safety standards, and company procedures.
  13. Communicate hazards and controls clearly to supervisors, contractors, and work teams.
  14. Participate in emergency response activities when required
