Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Financing Consultant at CIMB, located in Johor Baharu. As a Personal Financing Consultant, you will be responsible for evaluating and processing personal financing applications, providing financial advice and solutions to clients, and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals. The role also involves performing credit assessments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in evaluating and processing personal financing applications and performing credit assessments
  • Proficiency in providing financial advice and tailored financial solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service abilities
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
