Key responsibilities
:
- Execute and handle a full range of corporate secretarial tasks, services and matters for private and public companies, including company incorporation.
- Execute statutory compliance duties, including preparing prescribed returns and forms for filing, updating and maintenance of corporate secretarial files and records.
- Attend meetings and preparing minutes
- Apply best practices in corporate governance and compliance along with statutory/regulatory requirements.
Key requirements:
- ICSA qualification
- Possess good communications, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Familiar with the Companies Act 2016 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's listing requirements.
- Able to work independently and is a good team player.
- At least 5 years of experience.
