We're hiring a
Digital Marketing Specialist (DM Ops-focused, project management,
and
data storytelling)
 to spearhead our data-driven campaigns across paid acquisition, organic SEO, and more. You'll collaborate closely with our Campaign Managers, running creative sprints and leveraging data to craft killer campaigns that leave competitors green with envy.  
Oh yes, it's all about the ROI of each campaign
and
managing clients' expectations.

But that's just the beginning You'll be part of our digital operations team, in driving strategy decks to operations flow for growth, and measure the impact of each client project (while communicating the value to clients).

As our clients' go-to digital ops consultant, you'll design marketing ops strategies, run operations (ad hoc & planned), and digital ops advisory services while suggesting enhancements to our (and our clients') internal workflows.

From client presentations and data interpretation to analytical reporting and campaign optimization, you'll drive each project strategy & operations to execution success. And let's not forget – staying ahead of the curve is crucial, so you'll need to keep yourself updated on the latest #GrowthMarketing trends and best practices.

To join our league of conversion superheroes, you'll need:

A degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience with a proven track record

Fluency in Google/Microsoft suite (Slide, Sheet, Doc etc.)

Experience with social paid advertising, SEO, and SEM (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google, XHS)

Strong written, verbal, project management, and collaboration skills

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategy, processes, and tactics

A data-driven mindset and familiarity with modern AI toolsets

Excellent project management and client relationship skills

A passion for digital innovation and experimentation


Minimum 1-4 years of practical industry experience in digital or growth marketing is required
