We are seeking an experienced 
Senior Quantity Surveyor (MEP
) to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee all MEP cost and contract management activities for our industrial construction projects, ensuring accurate estimation, cost control, and compliance with contractual requirements.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for MEP works.
  • Evaluate MEP design drawings and specifications for cost efficiency and constructability.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Review and certify subcontractor claims, quotations, and progress payments.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on cost and contract matters.
  • Attend site meetings and provide MEP cost advice and updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contract conditions, and industry standards.
  • Support value engineering exercises and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of all contract and cost-related matters.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with at least 3 years focused on MEP works.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering industrial projects such as factories, manufacturing plants, cleanroom facilities, semiconductor plants, and data centers, with strong understanding of cost control, contracts, and technical coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration, cost control, and procurement procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
