A. Job Responsibilities:-

  1. Responsible to assist the Accountant in all Company accounting activities.

  2. Assist the Accountant to provide all aspects of accounting support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as statutory and management accounts reporting, budgeting, and any related accounting initiatives.

  3. Ensures that all accounting activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.

B. Job Task:-

  • To assist the Accountant to implement effective and efficient accounting management system that meets management and statutory requirements.
  • To independently acquire timely and accurate information from key internal and external contacts.
  • Ensure that all accounting issues are resolved within 7 days.
  • Ensure that all transactions are accounted for in accordance with Company policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Assist to ensure team members provide accurate and efficient data entry into the Company's Accounting system.
  • Ensure the timely, accurate and complete generation of full set(s) of account(s) under your charge.
  • Ensure that previous month's management account(s) is / are completed no later than 14 days thereafter.
  • Ascertain that your reports and tasks are accurate and complete before forwarding them to your superior.
  • Attend to any other duties assigned by the Management.
  • In all circumstances, as a team member of the Company, you shall be required to assist in any Company event and activity that is held.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,300.00 per month
