Production Executive

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production plans to meet output targets and deadlines.

  • Manage daily production schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure a smooth workflow.

  • Track key performance indicators such as output, productivity and rejection rates, implementing corrective actions to maintain efficiency.

  • Supervise and train production team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring team adheres to standard operating procedures and company policies.

  • Coordinate with Planner and warehouse teams to ensure a consistent supply of raw materials and packaging.

  • Manage and track inventory levels using systems such as Porsis and Syspro to support production planning. Knowledge of ERP/SAP-equivalent systems and Microsoft Office programs is required.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the production department and other teams including planner, procurement, quality assurance and IT department to ensure seamless operations.

  • Able to work and communicate effectively with staff at all levels.

  • Perform additional (ad-hoc) tasks as assigned by management.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in beverage or FMCG production.

  • Strong knowledge of production process, quality system, food safety regulation, HACCP , ISO 22000 and IOT knowledge.

  • Good leadership, problem solving and communication skills.

  • Willing to work under fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
