We are seeking an Account Executive for our Digital Platform in relation to the trade execution and accounting job task.

Job responsibilities:

  • Daily reconciliation of all broker's statement, position deposit, balance and rollover cost.
  • Prepare the hedging statements for all the inter-companies for billing purposes.
  • Perform revaluation of the hedging position at month end.
  • Prepare and pass accounting entries if required.
  • Perform hedging in the absence of Head of Department.
  • Daily reconciliation of all the transactions in our platform with the hedging positions done with MKS.
  • Manually hedge if there are any drops of unhedged position.
  • Arrange the withdrawal of physical gold, hedging position with customer's outstanding positions ensuring they are fully hedged.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least LCCI or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good administration, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office application.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
