About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / Manager. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring statutory compliance, and guiding junior team members to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters, exposure in a public listed company
  • Provide delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Implement efficient processes, tools, and technologies to optimize the delivery of corporate secretarial services and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies such as SSM, Bursa Malaysia, and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and statutory fillings.

Requirements:

  • CGI (ICSA) qualification and a member of MAICSA
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
