About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional to join our team as Assistant Manager / Manager. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring statutory compliance, and guiding junior team members to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in handling corporate secretarial matters, exposure in a public listed company
- Provide delivery of high-quality corporate secretarial services to clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.
- Implement efficient processes, tools, and technologies to optimize the delivery of corporate secretarial services and maximize client satisfaction.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies such as SSM, Bursa Malaysia, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and statutory fillings.
Requirements:
- CGI (ICSA) qualification and a member of MAICSA
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
