As Account Coordinator, you are the face of Vallen to our customers. Your tact, sensitivity and professionalism strongly influence customer satisfaction and Vallen's prosperity. You partner with your team to generate sales, provide excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day operational support to your customer accounts.

What will you deliver?

  • Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
  • Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
  • Work with internal team to regularly review parameter settings in the Webshop.
  • Effectively manage Webshop orders and price changes for Webshop items.
  • Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
  • Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
  • Work with internal network/departments to manage forwarders and courier providers to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Leverage and work with internal network/departments for existing pricing and manage freight effectively to ensure cost optimization.
  • Support shipment consolidation and shipment tracking.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries and onsite issues are addressed timely.
  • Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
  • Source for right suppliers to meet all specification requirements for spot buys and to provide alternate sources when necessary.
  • Provide strong support to Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with Vallen's sales policies and procedures.
