Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in high-demand areas, focusing on restaurants, bars, dining establishments, and fusion cuisine venues.
  • Manage sales across Modern Trade, HoReCa, Micro, B2B, and Trade Marketing channels.
  • Proactively conduct outreach activities to secure appointments and deliver product presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Accurately prepare purchase orders and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Conduct regular client visits for follow-up, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to optimize clients' experience with our products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Prepare and submit daily visit reports summarizing client interactions and outcomes.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Proficiency in both English and Malay
  • Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
