Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
  • General administrative duties and data entry
  • Assist in documentation and maintain proper records for admin
  • Answer incoming calls and determine purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel
