About Our Client:

Our client is a leading ad tech consultancy helping brands across Asia adopt advanced advertising and creative solutions through the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Founded in 2009, they specialize in ad technology, programmatic, analytics, creative enablement, and training — empowering marketers to enhance digital maturity and campaign performance across APAC.

Role Overview

You'll play a key role in supporting the Customer Success and Analytics teams to drive client enablement, troubleshoot GMP platforms, and assist with campaign performance tracking. This is a great opportunity for a tech-savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented individual eager to grow in the digital marketing and ad tech field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first-line responder for GMP platform inquiries (CM360, DV360, SA360).
  • Assist in client onboarding, platform training, and technical support.
  • Support the Customer Success Manager in managing client relationships.
  • Contribute to GA / GTM implementation, CRO setup (AB Tasty / VWO), and dashboard maintenance in Looker Studio.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for updates, best practices, and technical audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, ad tech, or analytics.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with strong client service orientation.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn emerging ad tech tools.

Bonus Skills

  • Basic knowledge of SEM / programmatic advertising.
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, CRO tools, or basic HTML / JavaScript.
