Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers for candidate selection
- Preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining employee personal files and HR database
- Ensuring contracts, agreements, and policies are properly signed and updated
- Keeping attendance and leave records
3. Payroll & Compensation Support
- Preparing monthly payroll input (attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions)
- Ensuring statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in Malaysia) are accurate and timely
- Handling claims, reimbursements, and allowances
4. Employee Relations
- Acting as a point of contact for staff queries, grievances, or complaints
- Supporting disciplinary actions (show cause letters, warnings, domestic inquiries)
- Encouraging positive work culture and engagement
5. Performance & Training Support
- Coordinating performance reviews and appraisals
- Identifying training needs and arranging staff development programs
- Tracking probation, confirmation, and promotion timelines
6. Compliance & Policies
- Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Updating and communicating HR policies and procedures
- Supporting audits and internal controls
7. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Managing workplace safety compliance (OSH requirements)
- Coordinating medical checkups, insurance, and staff welfare activities
- Handling workplace accidents or emergency reporting
Requirements
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, employee relations, labour law).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- High integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
Other Requirements
- Possess own transport and willing to travel if required.
- Internship or coursework related to HR/administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HR systems/software (e.g., payroll, attendance) is a plus.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
