世界的なラグジュアリーホテルの新規カスタマーサポートプロジェクトが、マレーシア・クアラルンプールでスタートします。
日本語・韓国語・英語・中国語スピーカーで構成される約180名規模の新チームとして、ホテル予約・レストラン予約・ルームサービスなど、上質なおもてなしを提供するお仕事です。

■ 業務内容
電話・メール・チャットによる日本語・英語でのゲスト対応
ホテル、レストラン、スパ、送迎、エンターテインメント等の各種予約受付
宿泊中ゲストからの依頼(ルームサービス等)対応
館内情報、プロモーション、イベントの案内提供
高水準のサービス品質と顧客満足(CSAT)向上を目指した対応
ゲスト情報の機密保持とコンプライアンス遵守
■ 応募資格
必須条件:
未経験、新卒応募可
日本語:ネイティブレベル または JLPT N1(C1相当)
英語:B1〜B2レベル以上(日常会話・業務遂行に支障のないレベル)
優れた電話応対・メール文書作成スキル
顧客志向かつチームワークを大切にする姿勢
歓迎条件:
ホテル、旅行、航空、飲食、BPO業界でのカスタマー対応経験
高級サービス業での勤務経験
ホテルまたはビジネス関連分野の学位保持者
多文化環境への順応力
