Job Description:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets

Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.

Manage and track sales progress and provide insights to management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, agents, bankers, and relevant stakeholders.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.

Plan and execute sales launches, marketing events, roadshows, and property exhibitions.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, digital promotions, and campaign

strategies.

Recruits sales executive based on criteria agreed upon by management

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in property sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the property development industry and housing loan processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Based at Serdang: Trinity Nordic Sales Gallery
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written).
  • Mandarin is an added advantage for engaging with Mandarin-speaking buyers.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team.
