Summary:
We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you'll be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent that fuels our company's success. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, craft effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth, engaging experience for every candidate from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and craft clear, compelling job descriptions.
- Proactively source top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels.
- Screen and evaluate applications to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews—both initial and panel—to assess candidates' capabilities, potential, and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and preparation of job offers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Develop and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation, reports, and approvals are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency).
- Solid understanding of employment laws, hiring processes, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
- Proven capability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
