Job Description:

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects.
  • Define project objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and changes.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
  • Conduct regular updates and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor progress and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards and procedures.
  • Support and scale RPA initiatives, preferably with prior exposure.
  • Collaborate with analysts, developers, and QA to align with business goals.
  • Maintain all necessary project documentation and post-project reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferably familiar with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or implementations.
