Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

Screen and handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and politely and transfer all necessary enquiries to the correct staff or department.
Attend to all guests and visitors in a courteous, pro-active and efficient manner.
Distribute incoming mails upon receipt as well as attending to outgoing dispatch and courier services.
Ensuring the Reception & Lobby Area is in good and clean condition at all times.
To handle all meeting rooms, discussion rooms and training room booking from staff
To liaise with tea lady regarding refreshments preparation for any meetings
To monitor and assist in purchase of newspaper and its daily dissemination, and to handle related cash requisition from Accounts Department
Notify personnel of visitor arrival. Guide and direct visitor to meeting area or room.
Overseeing and responsible for up-keeping of conference rooms and reception area.
In-charge of local courier and overseas courier.
To safeguard the Company's property and never divulge confidential information.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
