About the Company
We are a fast-growing solar energy solutions provider committed to accelerating Malaysia's transition to clean and sustainable energy. Our team delivers high-quality solar PV solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy sector to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including solar EPCs, developers, commercial & residential clients, and industry partners.
- Conduct client consultations and deliver tailored solar PV proposals addressing technical needs, financial considerations, and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and boost lead-generation effectiveness.
- Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and contracts in compliance with company standards and solar industry regulations.
- Stay updated on emerging solar technologies, market trends, and government incentives to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, industry forums, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and connect with prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to maximize sales performance and profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
