  • To follow up with customers on payment issue/ overdue payment.
  • Ensure timely collection/ renewal from members to achieve target set.
  • Liaise with bank and insurance company on documentation, payment and status update.
  • Attend to any incoming enquiries.
  • Update system in timely manner.
  • Handle administrative task pertaining to the unit.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Job requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or any equivalence.
  • Working experience in credit control/ customer service/ call center/ sales/ administrative.
  • Patience and meticulous.
  • Good customer service and communication skill.
  • Proficient in English & BM, Mandarin will be an added advantage (to deal with Chinese-speaking clients).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
