Graphic Design

  • Execute daily and weekly graphic design per briefs from the Director of Marketing, including designs for social media content and advertising, emails, website and more.
  • Manage and execute feedback from the Director of Marketing on a daily/weekly basis, keeping track of workflows and projects in a single, clear document.
  • Proactively suggest content ideas and research competitors for ideas.
  • Develop standardised brand guidelines for Linea with Director of Marketing & Founder, using these to establish concrete visual brand pillars and uniform standards.
  • Review, polish and submit for approval, all existing visual assets: social media advertising, social media stories and posts, EDM imagery, website imagery & other.
  • Meet and collaborate with other creative and technical partners in projects, including leadership and external consultants (like digital advertising lead).

Video Production & Editing

  • Execute daily and weekly video editing and production per briefs from the Director of Marketing, including designs for social media content and advertising, emails, website and more.
  • Manage and execute feedback from the Director of Marketing on a daily/weekly basis, keeping track of workflows and projects in a single, clear document.
  • Proactively suggest video content ideas and research competitors for ideas.
  • Develop standardised video brand guidelines for Linea with Director of Marketing & Founder, using these to establish concrete visual brand pillars and uniform standards.
  • Review, polish and submit for approval, all existing video assets: social media advertising, social media stories and posts, EDM video, Youtube/Vimeo video, website video & any others.
  • Work with Outreach Executive to map all incoming video assets and prepare for publication.
  • Meet and collaborate with other creative and technical partners in projects, including leadership and external consultants (like digital advertising lead).

Requirements

  • Polished skills across 1-2 graphic design platforms (ie. Photoshop) and 1-2 video editing software platforms (ie. FinalCut/iMovie). It doesn't necessarily need to be particular software (we've used Canva historically) but the individual must be highly proficient across whatever they use.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

    Outgoing, confident, and personable — comfortable building relationships with leadership and partners.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong digital literacy and familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
