Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role located in Shah Alam. Responsibilities include assisting in organizing and implementing company operations, coordinating between teams to ensure seamless workflow, managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting project execution. Collaboration with different departments and handling administrative tasks will be a significant part of the role, alongside ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for addressing challenges and ensuring smooth operations
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and adapt to dynamic work situations
  • Prior experience in coordination or administrative roles is a plus
  • Familiarity with the Food & Beverage or corporate industry would be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields preferred
