We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - HR & Admin to support HR operations, employee relations, and key administrative functions while ensuring a great employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

Human Resources

  • Manage daily HR operations and ensure efficient HR processes.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing IR cases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with performance management processes, appraisals, and goal tracking.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement programs and HR projects as required.

Administration

  • Coordinate with the warehouse to order monthly product benefits for staff and KOLs/influencers.
  • Prepare laptop with necessary equipment and conduct induction for new hires.
  • Manage logistics for product deliveries, liaising with third-party services such as Lalamove or Grab.
  • Plan and organize monthly staff refreshments and internal events.
  • Support office facility management and vendor relationships for supplies and services.
  • Prepare reports or summaries for management as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Min 5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and IR case handling.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
