JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Study, develop and improve the stamping process capability in term of engineering task and ergonomic of the process.
  • Preparation of the POI, WI, process drawing, jig & fixture drawing, study on the DFM during transfer to mass prod.
  • Liaise with other department in any engineering or quality solution.
  • To identify and spot any opportunity for the existing process improvement activities and cost saving program.
  • Coordinate FA or prototype part submission on tracks and with good quality.
  • Provide training to the production for any launching of new process or products.
  • Initiate SPC project and appoint SPC team to resolve potential non-conformance/quality problem.
  • Daily machine & process monitoring performance as Hot Plate, Gluing Process, Ultra Sonic Process & Quality Control.
  • Control and manage the tooling spare part and tooling improvement program.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidate must possess at least 2-5 years working experience in related field, fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • For those have work experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)/Box-build will add advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Working under company of JHM Dekai Auto Lighting Sdn. Bhd. (Subsidiaries of JHM Consolidation Berhad).
  • Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
