Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain document control processes related to ISO and other compliance documents.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure adherence to ISO standards and regulations.
  • Identify non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Operations) to verify document requirements.
  • Organize and maintain the document filing system for easy retrieval.
  • Stay updated on changes in ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of documents, including version control and change logs.
  • Prepare regular reports on document status, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing management review meetings and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain internal audit schedules for system, process, and product audits.
  • Lead or support special audits as required by management.
  • Assist with audit preparations, including line tours and dry runs.
  • Participate in on-site audits.
  • Analyze audit findings and summarize them for presentation to management.
  • Facilitate closing meetings to review audit results with management.
  • Follow up on audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Assist in developing action plans to address non-conformities.
  • Serve as the auditee for managing quality audit processes.
  • Assist with selecting audit teams and preparing audit plans for internal audits.
  • Represent the audit team in discussions with management, customers, and certification bodies.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Information Management, Quality Assurance, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Klang and willing to travel.
