Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Subang Jaya for a Sales Support Coordinator. In this role, the individual will handle administrative support tasks, manage customer inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales documentation. The role includes collaborating with sales and operations teams, tracking order processes, and addressing client needs and concerns promptly to enable seamless service delivery.

Qualifications


• Strong customer service mindset to maintain positive client relationships and support the Operation Manager in handling inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.


• Proven communication skills to coordinate professionally with customers and internal teams.


• Solid analytical abilities for interpreting data and preparing accurate operational or sales-related reports.


• Experience in administrative support, particularly in assisting daily operational processes and backend documentation.


• Proficiency in relevant software and office tools; familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field is an added advantage.


• Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or operational support roles is preferred.
