Responsibilities:

· Provide friendly and efficient check-in and out service at Hotel Reception.

· Providing efficient, friendly, and cordial service at the Hotel Front Desk.

· Carry out the completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting information with routine difficulty from a computer system and confirming the guest's hotel reservation information.

· To take on a proactive role by always being at the Hotel Reception counters and Lobby

· Ensure that all hotel policies and instructions implemented are followed throughout.

· Basic cashiering and credit card handling.

· To take phone enquirers and internet hotel room reservations.

· Handle and resolve guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.

· Prepare shift reports for submission to accounts.

· Maintain the hotel's high standard of service and hospitality

Requirements:

· Applicant must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/ Pre-U or Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent.

· Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM Leaver are encouraged to apply.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to communicate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to work with all level of staff. A third additional language is a plus.

· A good team player and strive to have a career in the hospitality industry.

· Ability to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.

· Ability to walk long and high distance daily

· Work Permit/Authorization

· Location: Tioman Island, Pahang
